Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC)

Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC) is a public-private nonprofit partnership dedicated to serving small- to medium-sized manufacturers in the 13 counties of Northwest Pennsylvania.  Being one of sixty Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) centers located throughout the U.S., the NWIRC provides high NWIRC logotechnology acceleration, advanced training, and management services to client manufacturers.  NWIRC’s mission is to help manufacturers grow and prosper.

In 2014, the NWIRC managed projects with over 90 clients in Northwest Pennsylvania. The impact of our projects totaled $8.6 million in new client sales revenue, $2.1 million in cost savings, and $14.9 million in new business investment. We develop solutions, maximize management initiative efforts, and drive project results through our2014-JUL-Branding-NWIRC-Industries-Services Strategic Business Advisors and consultants.
