The Family Based Mental Health Program at the Children's Aid Society of Mercer County has an opening for a full time Mental Health Worker. The MHW will be responsible for providing direct in-home mental health services in a team based, intensive, therapy format. The MHW works in tandem with a partner to develop and implement treatment plans that address multidimensional levels of service to children at risk of out-of-home placement. SWAN CASEWORKER Children's Aid Society of Mercer County is looking for a full time SWAN Caseworker to provide various units of services as delineated by the PA Statewide Adoption Network. The SWAN Caseworker is responsible for working with clients, families, county caseworkers, and other service providers to fulfill the requirements of the referred unit of service. The position will emphasize both timely, well written reports and one on one client/Caseworker interactions. A bachelor's degree in a human services field is strongly preferred, although other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
